A fast-scaling non-corporate enterprise in Greater London is seeking a proactive Senior Finance Manager to oversee the entire finance function. This role involves critical tasks such as bookkeeping, forecasting, financial analysis, and partnering with the leadership team. The ideal candidate should have a post-qualification background and experience in SMEs. The salary range is between £60,000 and £70,000 annually, alongside opportunities for salary growth based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years post qualified experience with Big 4 accounting firms.
• Experience managing SME or start-up finances (end-to-end).
• Confident in data analysis and reporting.
• Proactive and autonomous problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the entire finance function including bookkeeping and reporting.
• Build and own forecasts and BI dashboards.
• Work with the General Manager to shape financial strategy.
• Continuously improve financial systems and workflows.
