Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious finance professional to join the leadership team and help shape the future of the business. This is a hands-on yet strategic role, offering the chance to build a first-class finance function while influencing the broader business agenda.

As Finance Director, you will:

• Work closely with the executive leadership team to set strategy and support decision-making.
• Take ownership of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
• Implement robust systems, processes, and controls to support scale and a growing group structure.
• Lead on cash flow management, cost analysis, P&L responsibility, and technical accounting.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, investors, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide commercial insight and analysis to guide business growth, investment decisions, and M&A activity.

A successful Finance Director should have:
