Job summary

A leading conservation organization in the UK is seeking part-time Data Entry Clerks to join their Finance Department. The successful candidates will support data processing and are required to have GCSE qualifications including Maths, along with prior office experience. Strong attention to detail and intermediate Excel skills are essential. This role offers a flexible work pattern of 25 to 30 hours per week, primarily office-based in Sandy, Bedfordshire.

Qualifications

  • At least 12 months experience working in an office environment.
  • Experience of data entry.
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Open and distribute daily post received.
  • Key invoices onto the finance system (Open Accounts).
  • Check and process Sales Invoices.
  • Check and reconcile data from 3rd parties.
  • Retrieve, collate, and reconcile grant-related data.
