A leading housing association in Oldham is seeking a qualified finance professional to lead financial business partnering for their development programme. Responsibilities include budget setting, forecasting, and overseeing financial control, ensuring transparency and value for money. The ideal candidate should be CCAB qualified with experience in financial business partnering and strong accounting skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, providing insight and challenge, and making a real difference through high quality financial leadership. You will lead on financial business partnering for our development programme, responsible for budget setting, forecasting, monitoring and reporting, ensuring strong financial control, transparency and value for money. Working closely with budget holders and the Leadership Team, you will provide timely, insightful financial advice to support informed decision making and the successful delivery of new development schemes. You will also contribute to treasury management activity, statutory and regulatory reporting, and the ongoing improvement of financial systems and processes. You will line manage one Management Accountant and play an important role in developing a high performing, engaged finance team.
