Job Description

This is a great opportunity for a career development secondment - 12 month FTC

Strategic Business Partnering

• Build strong, trusted relationships with L&T / Pub Partners operations leaders and other key stakeholders
• Provide commercial support and financial expertise to influence decision-making and support growth initiatives
• Present clear financial insights at team meetings and cross-functional forums

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for the L&T / Pub Partners Division, ensuring alignment with corporate goals
• Analyse P&L performance across the estate and provide commentary on weekly trading results
• Collaborate with Marketing to assess campaign performance and identify ROI opportunities

Reporting & Insight

• Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, including variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and performance summaries
• Translate complex financial data into accessible insights for non-financial stakeholders
• Support business cases, investment appraisals, and scenario modelling for strategic initiatives

Operational Engagement

• Act as the financial voice within operational reviews and L&T / Pub Partners meetings
• Understand site-level performance and identify opportunities for margin improvement and cost efficiency
• Champion financial awareness and continuous improvement across the teams you support

Qualifications
