Job description

We have a very exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner working for a growing and dynamic organisation in Staffordshire. This is a fantastic option for a qualified Finance Business Partner to work for a large National organisation at the heart of the Finance operation.

Job Purpose

To implement, develop, and provide commercial financial analysis on KPIs giving data-driven insights to aid decision-making.

Key Results Areas
  • Provide FP&A finance support related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics.
  • Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
  • Partner directly with the finance team to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
  • Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
  • Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
  • Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with teams at all levels of the organisation.
  • Build and maintain the budgeting and forecasting model
  • Provide insights into business challenges through scenario modeling, and ad hoc analysis.
