Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and driving commercial success? We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team, supporting a portfolio of key accounts within ISS UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who thrives on influencing decision-making, delivering insights, and building strong client relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing real‑time analysis and guidance that maximises value creation for our clients while minimising risk exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with client representatives and internal stakeholders, promoting collaboration and service development.
• Provide financial support for commercial decision‑making, including pricing, contract optimisation, and risk management.
• Deliver timely and accurate reporting, forecasting, and analysis of financial performance, including month‑end and year‑end results.
• Oversee supply‑chain governance, working with Procurement and Account teams to optimise supplier agreements and cost efficiency.
• Support the production of management accounts with incisive and relevant commentary.
• Assist in developing and improving processes to enhance quality and efficiency within finance operations.
• Ensure adherence to contract governance, including reconciliations and change‑note management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, highlighting key changes impacting commercial performance.
• Provide backup support to the Senior Finance Business Partner and Finance Director as required.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Professional Qualification: Qualified or Part Qualified (CA, CIMA, ACCA).
• Proven track record in commercial finance within a service contract environment; prior client‑facing experience is essential.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients, operations teams, and suppliers.
• High level of numeracy and accuracy, with confidence to work independently.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and financial systems.
• Ability to prioritise workloads effectively and deliver results under pressure.
