A leading service provider in Norwich is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the Finance department. You will act as the financial lead for designated areas, support business planning, and engage with stakeholders to provide insights and mitigate risks. The role requires a recognized finance qualification and proven experience in a commercial finance position. Finance Business Partner
37 Hours per week

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Group’s Finance department based at our Head Office in Norwich.
Reporting to Head of Finance, your role as a Business Partner will be to act as financial lead for your designated business areas. Supporting department directors and managers by providing financial insight through analysis of accounts and industry knowledge. You will be a visible part of the business units, contributing and supporting in the day to day running financially, from both a strategic and operational perspective.
You will be expected to use this information to engage with multiple stakeholders and provide input into business strategy whilst mitigating potential risks.
You will be supported by a structured and professional finance and accounting team, supporting you in the development of monthly forecasts and budgets, and giving you the chance to share your knowledge and experience to support their development.
