About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Finance Assistant to support both sales and purchase ledger functions during a key period of growth and integration of new contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills to join a dynamic and supportive finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process sales and purchase ledger transactions
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and verify details
  • Maintain and update customer and supplier accounts
  • Assist with data entry and general finance administration
  • Basic Credit Control duties
  • Support the team during the integration of new contracts
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries promptly
What We're Looking For

  • Experience with SAGE or similar finance systems
