A leading food manufacturing company in Batley is seeking an experienced finance professional to join their Operations Finance Team. The successful candidate will support Finance Managers by providing financial data, conducting KPI reporting, and managing cost centers. Excellent Excel skills and P&L knowledge are essential. The role offers a hybrid working model, enabling flexibility and work-life balance.

This is a key role within the Operations Finance Team, where the job holder will be supporting the Finance Managers for both Batley and Kirkham with providing financial data for key stakeholders across the business. Working autonomously within a fast-paced environment, the job holder will be expected to adapt to the versatile needs of the business and prioritise accordingly. As part of a continuous improvement culture, the job holder will actively look for opportunities to introduce process improvements.
