Based in the Heaton Park area so accessible from Rochdale / Middleton / Oldham and Manchester suburbs our Client is a long established Import / Distribution business – who due to their continued success and expansion are in a position to need to appoint their own Finance and Office Manager.

WHAT IS ON OFFER FOR THE FINANCE AND OFFICE MANAGER
  • Annual Salary of c £35,000 – £40,000 doe
  • 25 Days Holiday PLUS Bank Holidays

THE ROLE OF THE FINANCE AND OFFICE MANAGER

Your role initially will be supported by the external Accountants – who you will meet as part of the interview process. They will support you as much or as little as is needed.

Previous experience of working a dual role will be essential – not everyone can wear two hats!

  • As the Finance Manager you will work across;
  • Monthly Management Accounts preparation
  • Attend meetings with the External Accountants
  • Develop long and short term Cash Flow alongside Annual Budgets
  • End to end control of Sales and Purchase Ledgers and Credit Control
  • Payroll for a staff of c 20 people
  • Lead Month and Year End close
  • As the Office Manager you will work across;
  • End to end Admin and Operational support
  • Act as a central point of contact for Staff and Suppliers
  • Coordinate Insurances and Health and Safety policies
  • Assist with Property Management and Maintenance
