A Bristol-based business is seeking a Contract Finance Administrator to support a finance system transition. This short-term role, lasting approximately 2-3 months, requires strong Excel skills and experience in handling large datasets. The ideal candidate will assist with transitioning to a new finance system and managing invoice data while ensuring accuracy. Contract Finance Administrator
Bristol (2 days WFH per week)

We're supporting a Bristol-based business through a finance system transition and are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator / Finance Analyst to join on a short-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working with large datasets and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to get stuck in.

This contract role is available immediately, and will last around 2-3 months.

Day to day responsibilities
  • Assisting with the transition to a new finance system
  • Working through a backlog of invoice data
  • Reviewing large spreadsheets for errors and correcting them
  • Uploading cleaned and accurate data into the new system
  • Ensuring data integrity throughout the migration process
