Overview

Fieldcare Supervisors with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our community service teams. We are seeking a Field Support Supervisor to join our team in Flintshire, leading our supported living service(s). This service provides a welcoming, friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people. Our Fieldcare Supervisors will manage a team to help people gain more independence in their daily lives, including developing and implementing person-centred support plans and conducting care needs assessments.

Responsibilities
  • Induct new colleagues and conduct supervisions/appraisals
  • Complete medication competencies and medication audits
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and complete reports
  • Assist the Branch Manager in the day-to-day management of our services
  • Regularly visit services and spend time with the people we support
  • Participate in the on-call rota (subject to service needs)
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a care management role, ideally within CIW
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours
Salary, Hours & Benefits
  • Salary: £28,860 per year
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: Full-time
  • Enhanced evening and weekend pay (additional 50p per hour, Ts & Cs apply)
