• Professional-level accreditation in UC Engineering across Voice, Collaboration, Contact Centre, and Cloud technologies.
• Strong working knowledge of networking technologies.
• Experience with ISDN, SIP, and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Install UC systems and associated applications at customer sites across the UK.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for UC solutions.
• Deliver telephone support and remote diagnostics to customers.

Skills

Professional-level accreditation in UC Engineering

Strong working knowledge of networking technologies

Experience with ISDN, SIP, and diagnostic tools
