Job summary

nGeneration is hiring a Field Service Technician to install, maintain and repair EPoS and related technology across hospitality and retail sites in the Midlands. You will diagnose faults, troubleshoot networks, and deliver excellent customer service on every site visit.

A full UK driving licence is required, with a rolling 3-on/3-off shift pattern and generous work-life balance. Successful candidates will work independently after induction, visiting customer sites to service EPoS systems,

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to install, maintain, repair and support technology solutions.
• Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues across hardware, software and networks.
• Complete on-site break-fix calls and replacements.
• Ensure accurate documentation and obtain customer sign-off.
• Travel throughout the Midlands; occasional UK-wide travel and overnight stays.
