Job summary

nGeneration is looking for a Field Service Engineer to visit client sites across the UK, install and refurbish EPOS and related hardware, and maintain equipment to a high standard.

The role requires a technical mindset, strong client interaction, and the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and network issues on site. A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year IT support experience (preferred).
• 1 year EPOS experience (preferred).
• UK Manual Driving Licence (required).
• Willingness to travel daily (100% preferred).

Responsibilities

• Visit client sites for break-fix installs and refurbishments.
• Set up Wi-Fi devices and test network cables.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on-site and document steps.
• Ensure client sign-off before completing tasks.
• Maintain reports of site visits and issues.
