Job summary

Operations Resources is seeking an IT Technician / EPOS Field Service Engineer to perform field visits across the West Midlands region. The role involves swapping IT and EPOS hardware in client stores and requires a full manual driving licence.

You’ll drive a fully expensed company van, handle 4 week rotation including weekends and on-call periods, and complete 40 hours per week on PAYE terms with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a full manual driving licence to apply.
• Ability to swap out IT and EPOS hardware at client sites.
• Willing to work weekends and participate in on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Drive to multiple client sites to service IT and EPOS equipment in stores.
• Carry out swap outs of EPOS hardware and PCs as required.
• Attend field service calls across retail locations and document work.
• Work 5 days out of 7 on a 4 week rotation with on-call duties.
