Job summary

nGeneration is seeking a Field Service Technician to visit customer sites across Bristol and surrounding areas to install, maintain, repair and support EPoS and related technology solutions. You will work on 12‑hour shifts on a rolling 3-on/3-off rota, providing hands‑on technical support and excellent customer service.

After induction, you’ll diagnose faults, resolve issues and ensure Field Service visits are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and repair customer technology on-site.
• Complete break‑fix and replacement calls on‑site.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues.
• Travel daily across your assigned region, with occasional UK‑wide travel.
• Document service activities and obtain customer sign‑off.
