Job summary

Securitas Technology UK is seeking an organised coordinator to plan and schedule Planned Preventative Maintenance visits and manage field engineers' diaries. You will own return visits after initial attendance and coordinate specialist equipment or subcontractors per company procedures.

Excellent communication and the ability to juggle multiple priorities across systems are essential. This role strongly values teamwork and customer-focused problem-solving across the field team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a call centre and/or customer-facing role (internal or external).
• Confident using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously.
• The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
• Strong team player with an open and honest approach to your own workload and supporting others.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, particularly with Regional Service Managers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits.
• Manage field service engineers' diaries and allocate work in line with business targets.
• Make ownership of all return visits required following an engineer’s initial attendance.
• Coordinate and schedule specialist equipment or subcontractors in accordance with company procedures.
• Make informed decisions by assessing multiple factors such as priority, SLA, engineer skillset, and location.
• Log, track, and support the resolution of customer complaints.
• Carry out any additional administrative or coordination tasks assigned by the Manager.
