Securitas Technology in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Scheduler to coordinate maintenance visits and align engineers, customers, and service teams. Working hours are 9.00am-5.00pm with hybrid work and occasional office travel when required.

You’ll manage diaries, assign tasks, handle follow-ups after engineer visits, and ensure efficient scheduling using multiple systems while delivering excellent customer service.

Formación

• Experience scheduling/planning and coordinating field operations.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and schedule all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits.
• Manage field service engineers' diaries and allocate work to meet targets.
• Take ownership of all return visits following initial attendance.
• Coordinate specialist equipment or subcontractors per procedures.
• Make informed decisions considering priority, SLA, engineer skillset and location.
• Log, track and support resolution of customer complaints.
• Assist with additional admin tasks as directed by the Manager.
