Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engineer Support: monitor progress, chase job sheets, confirm attendance, track progress, support admin needs.
• Customer Support: provide regular updates, confirm appointments, manage expectations, resolve minor queries.
• Site Access Management: arrange parking permits, security passes, RAMS, and ensure engineers have required information.
