Job summary

Securitas Technology is seeking a meticulous Scheduler to join the team. You will act as the link between engineers, customers, and service teams, ensuring the right people are scheduled at the right times.

Working hours are 9:00–17:00 and the role is hybrid; travel to the office will be essential when required. You will manage diaries, allocate visits, and handle related admin with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a call centre and/or customer-facing role.
• Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously.
• Right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
• Strong team player with an open approach to workload.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with managers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits.
• Manage field service engineers’ diaries and allocate work in line with business targets.
• Own all return visits required following an engineer’s initial attendance.
• Coordinate and schedule specialist equipment or subcontractors per procedures.
• Make informed decisions by assessing priority, SLA, engineer skillset, and location.
• Log, track, and support the resolution of customer complaints.
• Carry out any additional administrative tasks assigned by the Manager.
