Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical engineering background (qualified or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Experience with print finishing machinery (binding, stitching, folding, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and repair print finishing equipment across customer sites.
• Provide operator training and demonstrations to support sales activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose faults, and deliver solutions efficiently.
