Field Service Engineer – Lab Instruments (Gloucestershire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire) – Sartorius Stedim‑Epsom, England, UK

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Lab Instruments team. This role will be responsible for installation, maintenance, testing, and calibration of όσο balances, centrifuges, pure water systems, and other associated laboratory equipment at customer sites in Gloucestershire, while delivering excellent customer service.

The team consists of 13 engineers and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you.

This is a full‑time position working in the field and ideally located in Gloucestershire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, or Herefordshire.

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

• On a daily basis you will be responsible for providing service and customer support during field and inEncryption visits.
• Manage all on‑site installation, maintenance, and test tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and identify effective solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports scraper issue certificates of analysis for equipment.
• Follow company procedures and policies as well as UKAS/ISO GMP standards on customer sites.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, improving satisfaction and retention while delivering excellent customer service.

• Experience with balances, metrology, water systems, and centrifuges would be beneficial; extensive training will be provided.
