  • Provide support to homeless families and individuals in supported accommodation.
  • Support the continued, safe provision of accommodation for customers within the scheme.
  • Sign up new customers to the service and support them through their housing journey.
  • Work with the team, group employees, outside agencies and professionals to deliver a holistic service of the highest standard.
  • Develop person‑centred support plans and deliver housing management services.
Qualifications
  • Experience of housing management and working with vulnerable client groups.
  • Experience working in potentially challenging situations and with partner agencies.
  • Strong IT and communication skills.
  • Enhanced DBS check (mandatory).
