Job Description

This opportunity is for candidates residing within the M25 areas. We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join a market leader in the manufacture of professional coffee machines, covering the ILFORD and surrounding areas.

Due to ongoing expansion and growth plans, they are looking to expand their Field Service Engineering team within and around ILFORD.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and repair traditional and automatic coffee machines to high standards.
  • Accurately record all work conducted for invoicing purposes.
  • Install and set up coffee equipment at customer premises.
  • Demonstrate equipment to customers.
  • Perform routine servicing at customer sites.
  • Administer installation, service, and repair activities through company systems.
  • Support the organization of work routines within the team.
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Previous electrical and mechanical experience.
  • Mechanical and/or electrical qualifications preferred.
  • Ability to show initiative and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow procedures and client specifications safely and accurately.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and attend training.
