Job summary

A market leader in forklift solutions is seeking a Mobile Forklift Engineer to service and repair forklifts across Yorkshire & Humber. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in forklifts, good electrical knowledge, and a recognised qualification. The position offers a starting pay of up to £16.50 per hour, rising to £17.50 after 6 months, along with benefits such as overtime, pension, and medical cover.

Mobile Forklift Engineer - Yorkshire & Humber

We\u2019re working with a market leader in lithium-powered forklifts who are looking for an experienced Mobile Forklift Engineer to join their team. If you know your way around forklifts and want a solid job with good pay, this could be for you.

Responsibilities
  • Service and repair forklifts out on customer sites across Yorkshire & Humber.
  • Fault find and sort out problems quickly.
  • Keep jobs on track and report back using a PDA system.
  • Work on a mix of diesel, gas and electric trucks, with plenty of exposure to lithium kit.
What You\u2019ll Need
  • Solid hands-on experience with forklifts.
  • Good electrical knowledge (can fault find confidently).
  • A recognised qualification (City & Guilds or similar).
  • Able to work on your own, get stuck in, and get the job done.
  • Organised, reliable, and straight-talking.
  • Present yourself well with customers.
Pay & Perks
  • Up to \u00a316.50 per hour to start, rising to \u00a317.50 after 6 months (depending on experience).
  • Overtime available at premium rates.
