Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Field Sales Advisor to represent us in local communities, delivering our broadband, mobile and TV services through face-to-face interactions in a target-driven environment.

The role rewards resilience and motivation, with a starting salary of £26,228 plus uncapped commission and potential top earnings of £50,000–£70,000. You will work in your patch, build rapport and close deals while explaining pricing clearly.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Confidence starting conversations with customers face to face.
• Resilience, motivation and ability to work towards targets.
• Flexibility to work afternoon and evening shifts.
• Positive, self-driven approach to work.
• Experience in sales or target-driven environments is beneficial, but mindset matters most.

About the Role

As a Field Sales Advisor, you’ll represent Virgin Media O₂ out in local communities, introducing customers to our broadband, mobile and TV entertainment services that can make a real difference to everyday life. This is a face‑to‑face, target‑driven role where resilience, confidence and motivation are key.

Starting salary: £26,228 + uncapped commission, with some top earners making £50,000‑£70,000.
