Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Field Sales Advisor to represent our broadband, mobile and TV services in local communities. This is a face‑to‑face, target‑driven role where resilience, confidence and motivation are key.

The starting salary is £26,228 with uncapped commission, with top earners reaching £50k–£70k. Location is Basingstoke; the role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, typically between 12pm and 8pm.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Ability to start conversations and work with customers face to face.
• Resilience, motivation and comfort working towards targets.
• Flexibility to work afternoon and evening shifts.
• Positive, self-driven approach to work.
• Sales experience is beneficial but mindset matters most.

About The Role As a Field Sales Advisor, you’ll represent Virgin Media O₂ out in local communities, introducing customers to our broadband, mobile and TV entertainment services that can make a real difference to everyday life. This is a face‑to‑face, target‑driven role where resilience, confidence and motivation are key.

Starting salary: £26,228 + uncapped commission, with some top earners making £50k–£70k.

Location: Basingstoke

This is a full‑time, field‑based role working 37.5 hours per week, typically between 12pm and 8pm.
