Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Field Sales Advisor to represent the brand in local communities, selling broadband, mobile and TV packages through face-to-face conversations within the Slough catchment. This is a full‑time role with a 37.5-hour week and a base salary of £26,228 plus uncapped commission, with top earners reportedly reaching £50k–£70k.

You will work door-to-door, build rapport with customers, explain pricing and close deals while managing your workload and targets.

Qualifikationen

• Must be comfortable speaking with customers face to face.

• Proactive, self-driven and able to manage own workload.

About The Role

As a Field Sales Advisor you’ll represent Virgin Media O₂ in local communities, introducing customers to our broadband, mobile and TV entertainment services that can make a real difference to everyday life. This is a face‑to‑face, target‑driven role where resilience, confidence and motivation are key. The starting salary is £26,228 + uncapped commission, with some top earners making £50k–£70k.

Our ways of working

This is a full‑time, field‑based role working 37.5 hours per week, typically between 12pm and 8pm. Teams are aligned to home postcode, so you’ll need to live within the designated catchment area. Shift patterns and expectations will be discussed during the recruitment process.
