Virgin Media O₂ in Cambridge is hiring a Field Sales Advisor to represent our broadband, mobile and TV services in local communities. This face-to-face, target-driven role rewards resilience, confidence and motivation with a base salary of £26,228 plus uncapped commission.

You’ll work door-to-door in your patch, build quick rapport, assess customer needs and explain pricing and deals while managing your workload from first contact to close. Top performers earn £50k–£70k.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.

About The Role

This is a face‑to‑face, target‑driven role where resilience, confidence and motivation are key.

Salary: £26,228 + uncapped commission, with some top earners making £50k‑£70k.

Previous experience in sales or a target‑driven environment is beneficial.
