We are seeking a polished and well presented Field Sales Executive to join our prestigious high‑end luxury clothing brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals (HNWIs). This role requires a sophisticated approach to selling, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the drive to exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential high‑net‑worth clients (HNWIs) through various channels including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Present and promote our luxury clothing collections to HNWIs, tailoring presentations to the client's unique style and preferences.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing high‑value sales.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long‑term relationships with HNWIs, providing personalised shopping experiences and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct in‑home or private client appointments, providing bespoke fashion advice and wardrobe consultations.
- Follow up with clients post‑purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM software.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure all sales processes and transactions comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Experience
- Experience of new business development in any industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, particularly with HNWIs.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with discerning clients.
