Yell is seeking ambitious Business Development Managers to join its high-energy Field Sales team across the UK. You will proactively hunt new business, tailor digital marketing solutions, and close deals to drive revenue while managing client relationships for up to 12 months post-sale.

The role offers a strong base salary of £35,875 with car allowance (£5,200 or £6,200 depending on the car), uncapped earnings, and a range of benefits including holiday, pension options, and retailer discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in field sales or high-performing telesales.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilient mindset with a positive outlook toward objections.
• Excellent presentation skills – both verbal and written.
• SaaS experience is desirable but not essential.
• A full UK driving license is required with no more than 6 points.

Responsabilités

• Hunting for new business through self-sourced and company-provided leads.
• Tailoring solutions via face-to-face and virtual consultations.
• Closing deals with new and existing clients to drive revenue.
• Managing client accounts for up to 12 months post-sale.
