Job summary

ICE in the United Kingdom is seeking a Solutions Deployment Specialist to install, configure, optimise and support cutting-edge cleaning technology at customer sites. This remote, field-based role involves travel within your local region, with occasional longer trips, supported by a company van.

You will join a company with over 50 years of leadership in cleaning equipment and robotic solutions, focusing on delivering real value to customers and hands-on technical problem solving.

Qualifications

• Qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, IT or related
• Strong hands-on technical skills with equipment and systems
• Excellent communication and training capabilities
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Willingness to travel locally with occasional longer trips

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission advanced cleaning equipment and robotic solutions at customer sites
• Deliver on-site equipment trials, demonstrations and handovers
• Train operators, supervisors and management teams to use equipment safely
• Create site maps and optimise machine routes for efficiency
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues on-site
• Provide first and second-line technical support at customer sites
• Analyse machine performance and recommend improvements
• Carry out routine inspections and maintenance checks
• Support proof-of-concept projects with testing
• Collaborate with manufacturers and internal teams to resolve complex issues
