ICE - Industrial Cleaning Equipment is seeking a Solutions Deployment Specialist to install, configure, and support cutting-edge cleaning technology at customer sites across your local region.

You’ll travel to customer sites in a remote, field-based role, with a company van provided. The position emphasizes hands-on installation, training, and first/second-line technical support to deliver real customer value.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical skills with equipment.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
• Good physical fitness for installations and equipment handling.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Qualification in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, IT or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission advanced cleaning equipment and robotic solutions.
• Deliver on-site equipment trials, demonstrations and handovers.
• Train operators, supervisors and management teams to use equipment safely and effectively.
• Create site maps and optimise machine routes for efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Provide first and second-line technical support on customer sites.
• Analyse machine performance and recommend improvements.
• Carry out routine machine inspections and maintenance checks.
• Support proof-of-concept projects with ATP and gloss meter testing.
• Work with manufacturers and internal teams to resolve complex issues.
