Job summary

ICE - Industrial Cleaning Equipment is seeking a Solutions Deployment Specialist for remote, field-based deployments across customer sites in the UK. You will install, configure and optimize advanced cleaning equipment and robotic solutions, lead on-site trials and handovers, and train operators to ensure safe and effective use.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, IT or related discipline.
• Strong hands-on technical skills with equipment.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission cleaning equipment and robotic solutions.
• Deliver on-site demonstrations and handovers to customers.
• Train operators and management teams to use equipment safely.
• Diagnose hardware, software and connectivity issues on-site.
• Provide first and second-line technical support at customer sites.
