Job summary

ICE - Industrial Cleaning Equipment is seeking a Solutions Deployment Specialist to install, configure, optimise and support advanced cleaning technology at customer sites across the UK. This remote, field-based role involves on-site deployments, training operators and troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity while maintaining safety and efficiency.

You'll work with manufacturers and internal teams to deliver real value, with a company van and ongoing training in a growing robotics

Qualifications

• Qualification in Engineering/Robotics/Mechatronics/Electronics/IT or related.
• Strong hands-on technical skills.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Good physical fitness and full UK driving licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission advanced cleaning equipment and robotic solutions
• Deliver on-site equipment trials, demonstrations and customer handovers
• Train operators, supervisors and management teams to use equipment safely and effectively
• Create site maps and optimise machine routes for maximum efficiency
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Provide first and second-line technical support on customer sites
• Analyse machine performance and recommend improvements
• Carry out routine machine inspections and maintenance checks
• Support proof-of-concept projects with ATP and gloss meter testing
• Work closely with manufacturers and internal technical teams to resolve complex issues
