Job summary

ICE - Industrial Cleaning Equipment is seeking a Solutions Deployment Specialist to install, configure, optimise and support cutting-edge cleaning technology at customer sites. This remote, field-based role involves visiting sites within your region, with occasional travel farther afield.

You’ll receive a company van and ongoing training to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be the face of ICE during installations, performing on-site trials, training, and handovers, while

Qualifications

• Qualification (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, IT or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on technical skills and confidence working with equipment.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Good physical fitness for installations and equipment handling.
• Full UK driving licence (essential)

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission advanced cleaning equipment and robotic solutions.
• Deliver on-site equipment trials, demonstrations and handovers to customers.
• Train operators, supervisors and management teams to use equipment safely and effectively.
• Create site maps and optimise machine routes for efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Provide first and second-line technical support on customer sites.
• Analyse machine performance and recommend improvements.
• Carry out routine inspections and maintenance checks.
• Support proof-of-concept projects with ATP and gloss meter testing.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and internal teams to resolve complex issues
