Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, is seeking a Resolution Field Agent (Self-Employed, Part-Time) to visit residential and commercial properties on behalf of our clients. You will work on resolving customer accounts, reconnecting services, and supporting those in financial difficulty.

Flexible weekdays and 8-hour days are offered. A guaranteed daily rate of £130–£150 applies, with full training and UK-wide opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance
• ULEZ compliance when working in London
• Clean DBS check
• Healthy credit history
• CCJs considered if repayment arrangements exist

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties on behalf of clients
• Resolve customer accounts and reconnect services
• Support customers experiencing financial difficulty
• Collect accurate utility meter readings
