Position

Aftersales, Rolls Royce Motor Cars – Field Quality Intern – 12 Month Placement (July 2026)

This role will ensure the student will have a hands-on experience with several projects from day one, while gaining practical insight into how an international corporate business functions. This role will also allow the student to interact with and support our global dealer network whilst also gaining experience with operations such as global cost analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Analysing and reporting key performance results to identify specific trends.
  • Creating and updating dealer communication bulletins.
  • Supporting the manager with ongoing project work.
  • Liaising with internal and global departments about quality and cost analysis.
  • Preparing and creating department presentations.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Studying towards a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree - preferably in Engineering, Business and Finance Management or another STEM related subject.
  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to showcase excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication
  • Passion for the automotive industry
  • Interest in working in an international team
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
