Overview

Field Operatives Titan Secure (Part of the VEA Group)

Join us at Titan Secure, a new division of the VEA Group Ltd, as we launch an exciting new chapter in automotive security. We’re looking for skilled and motivated Field Operatives to deliver best-in-class installation and support services across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair cutting-edge automotive security systems
• Diagnose faults, trace wiring, and interface with comms systems
• Provide excellent customer care and onboarding
• Work independently under a lone worker policy with full support and equipment provided
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (RAMS, electrical safety, Chapter 8)
• Keep accurate records and documentation of your work

What We Offer

• Competitive pay: £30/hr plus allowances OTE £32,000 to £44,375
• Company van, tools, PPE & training provided
• Performance incentives based on jobs completed, success rate & revenue
• Mobile role with a base around the VEA office (approx. 30,000 miles per year)
• Flexible shift patterns (7am - 10pm), Monday - Sunday cover, with initial split shifts

What Were Looking For

• NVQ Level 2 in Auto Electrical (preferred) or equivalent
• 10+ years experience in security systems or ALS
• Full UK driving licence (max 3 points) advanced licence preferred
• Security clearable (BS/CTC, DBS checks required)
• Strong computer and automotive systems skills
• Confident using diagnostics and technical equipment
• Practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working solo
