As Regional Field Marketing Manager - UKI & Nordics, you will work at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll be responsible for driving localized marketing programs across a diverse and dynamic region, partnering closely with sales, global campaign teams, and the wider EMEA marketing organization. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful programs, adapt global campaigns for local success, and gain visibility in a fast‑evolving marketing ecosystem.

How Will You Do It – Local Execution with Business Impact
Responsibilities
  • Plan, localize, and execute multi‑channel demand generation programs that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline conversion.
  • Build and manage campaign calendars, aligning closely with sales leaders to ensure marketing programs support business priorities.
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with the Regional Head of Marketing to implement strategic initiatives and adapt them for UKI and Nordic markets.
  • Funnel‑Focused Performance
  • Own end‑to‑end campaign execution, from planning to performance analysis.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing funnels, ensuring every tactic is tied to measurable outcomes (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution).
  • Maintain campaign dashboards and share insights with local and regional stakeholders.
  • Global Collaboration, Local Relevance
  • Collaborate with global marketing squads to localize and land strategic campaigns in the region—ensuring cultural and market relevance.
  • Provide feedback and insight to global teams on customer behavior, market trends, and competitive activity.
  • Act as a connector between corporate strategy and local market dynamics, ensuring the voice of the market is consistently heard.
  • Field Enablement & Sales Alignment
  • Partner with the sales team to support sales enablement and event execution.
  • Deliver content and tools tailored to local buying behaviors and customer needs.
Qualifications

  • Fluent in English; additional Nordic languages are a plus.
  • Based in UK or Ireland, with the ability to work in‑office at least 3 days/week.
