• Experience with various trades such as carpentry, tiling, and general repairs

• Deliver planned preventive and reactive maintenance services
• Ensure client sites are fully maintained and operating at full potential
• Perform various building fabric tasks as needed

Skills

NVQ, City and Guilds, BTEC in a building trade
