Yell is seeking ambitious Business Development Managers to join its field sales team across the UK. You will hunt for new business, tailor digital marketing solutions, and close deals while nurturing client relationships for up to a year after sale.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in field sales or telesales.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
• Excellent presentation skills—both verbal and written.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS is desirable.
• Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Hunting for New Business: Proactively prospecting through self-sourced and company-provided leads, opening doors to new clients.
• Tailoring Solutions: Engage in face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Closing Deals: Presenting, negotiating, and sealing the deal with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
• Client Management: Nurture relationships, ensuring a seamless customer experience and ongoing account management for up to 12 months post-sale.
• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth reviews to identify opportunities for growth and boost client ROI.
