Yell in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth in a high-energy digital marketing environment. You will prospect for new business, tailor solutions for clients, and close deals while managing accounts for up to 12 months post-sale.

This role offers a base of £35,875 with uncapped earnings potential and a £53,875 on-target earnings, plus car allowance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in field sales or high performing telesales.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
• Excellent presentation skills—verbal and written.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS is desirable.
• A full UK driving license with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Hunting for New Business: proactively sourcing leads to open doors with new clients.
• Tailoring Solutions: conducting face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand needs and offer digital marketing solutions.
• Closing Deals: presenting, negotiating and sealing deals to drive revenue growth.
• Client Management: nurturing relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience for up to 12 months post-sale.
• Data Analysis: reviewing performance to identify growth opportunities and boost client ROI.
