Job summary

BD is seeking a commercially driven Territory Manager to advance the Continence Care portfolio in the UK. You will identify unmet NHS needs, navigate complex environments and convert opportunities through consultative, value-based selling.

Based field-based in the UK, you will develop territory plans, build relationships with healthcare decision-makers, and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly targets. Travel up to 80% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Proven field-based NHS sales experience.
• Experience building, managing and converting a pipeline.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders within complex organisations.
• Strong negotiation, account planning and commercial awareness.
• Excellent territory management and CRM usage.
• Healthcare/B2B sales experience preferred.
