Job summary

BD in the United Kingdom is seeking a commercially driven Territory Manager for Continence Care. You will drive profitable growth across NHS accounts, identify unmet needs and convert opportunities through consultative, value-based selling.

This field-based role covers Merseyside, Cheshire, Staffordshire and North Wales with up to 80% travel. Working within an integrated commercial team, you’ll develop territory plans, build influential relationships with healthcare decision-makers and deliver

Qualifications

• Proven record in field-based NHS sales and winning new business.
• Experience building, managing and converting a sales pipeline.
• Ability to influence stakeholders within complex organisations.
• Strong commercial awareness and account planning.
• Territory management, organisation and execution.
• Experience using CRM to manage opportunities and forecasting.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or complex B2B sales.
