BD is seeking a commercially driven Territory Manager to drive growth across the Continence Care portfolio. The role focuses on identifying unmet NHS needs, navigating complex environments, and closing opportunities through consultative, value-based selling.

Based in field operations with up to 80% travel, you will build a robust pipeline, develop territory plans, and deliver solutions that create meaningful value for patients and healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• Proven NHS field-based sales track record.
• Experience building and converting a sales pipeline.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders within complex organisations.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation.
• Territory management and execution.
• Experience using CRM to manage opportunities and forecasting.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices or complex B2B sales.
• Experience in Urology, Continence or Infection Prevention is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across target NHS accounts.
• Create and deliver territory growth plans aligned with commercial priorities.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers, influencers and other key stakeholders.
• Generate demand through prospecting, networking and purposeful customer engagement.
• Develop and manage a high-quality sales pipeline with sufficient coverage to achieve objectives.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand customers’ clinical, operational and commercial challenges.
• Present tailored solutions using consultative and value-based selling techniques.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, forecasting and activity information within the CRM system.
• Work closely with cross-functional colleagues to overcome barriers and accelerate customer adoption.
• Deliver against weekly, monthly and quarterly sales priorities.
