Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for Joint Replacement covering Bristol, Bath & Taunton. This field-based role focuses on meeting sales targets, building relationships with surgeons, HCPs and payers, and driving growth across the territory.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in sales (medical sales preferred) with strong presentation, planning and theatre support skills, plus a willingness to travel and learn Stryker products through JR101/JR201 courses.

Qualifications

• Experience: minimum 2 years in sales; medical sales preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and budgeting awareness for theatres.
• Excellent MS Office and presentation skills.
• Good anatomy/physiology knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Outperform the market by gaining market share for Stryker Joint Replacement products.
• Meet existing customers and develop plans to meet challenges and opportunities.
• Develop relationships with potential customers through presentations and discussions of Stryker philosophy and benefits.
• Become a product expert by completing JR101 within 6 weeks and JR201 within 12 months.
• Lead in theatre joint replacement procedures and provide staff training as required.
• Develop territory-specific business plans with clear, measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrate ongoing development via an Individual Development Plan (IDP).
• Coordinate cross-franchise collaboration to optimise opportunities.
