Job summary

Stryker is seeking a field-based Sales Representative for Joint Replacement covering Bristol, Bath & Taunton in the United Kingdom. You will drive sales, build relationships with surgeons and theatre staff, and deliver hands-on education to customers across the territory.

You will be expected to develop product expertise, complete required training, and create strategic plans to meet territory targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in medical field; orthopaedics is a bonus.
• Good commercial sense for budgets, costs and theatre procedures.
• Strong communication; able to present to surgeons and staff.

Responsibilities

• Outperform the market and gain share for Joint Replacement in the territory.
• Maximise existing Joint Replacement business with key accounts.
• Develop relationships with potential customers and present product benefits.
• Become a product expert by completing JR101 and JR201 courses.
• Lead in theatre procedures and deliver staff training as needed.
• Create territory business plans aligned to strategic goals.
• Maintain a personal development plan and seek cross-franchise collaboration.
